Common questions about running on the QXel SaaS platform.
My job stays PENDING for a while. What's happening?
Each job runs on a freshly launched GPU worker. Cold-starting the instance and pulling the QXel image takes a few minutes (GPU jobs longer than CPU). If you submit several jobs in a row, later ones may reuse a warm instance and start faster.
Where are my results stored?
Each run's result is stored privately under your account and kept until you remove it. Fetch it with job.result() or the result APIs.
Can I run distributed (multi-node) simulations?
Not on the hosted platform yet. Distributed simulation is supported by QXel itself and used in the on-premise product. Email office@qubistack.com if that's a fit.
